  • gasoline in intake, vacuum lines

So...I am changing out the injectors on my car, going from 19's to 24's
I remove the upper intake and the back four ports, on my gasket were soaked with gasoline... I also removed the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator
and gasoline was dripping out of the line..... i know there is a correlation between the two problems, but is my F.P.R bad?
or is there another correlating problem?
