Does anyone know how to replace stepper motor?

Its the stepper motor in the back of the cluster. I have to do 6 of them ... just seeing if anyone can do that.

Add a seventh motor and buy a Denali face plate, get it programmed and use trans temp !

Or just buy an escalade /denali cluster and it will already work.
