"F-C" bolts?

What does the "F-C" stand for? I was told that their aircraft quality bolts but no one can tell me what the f-c stands for. I tried google and just keep coming up with crap about RX7's

Just Giant F-C on the head. The bolts hold the compressor crankshaft mains on a large natural gas compressor.

Most of the aircraft hardware I've seen have pretty specific markings that are easy to identify, if not the actual part number on it.

I don't know about this, I found a guide from the patent and trademark office on fastener markings, but that didn't have it either.
