5.0 dipstick tube issue, do i need a replacement?

1995 f150 with a 5.0. Im putting a new long block in the truck and the dipstick tube fits extremely loose in the hole in the block. Were some tubes a larger diameter because the one off me block just rattles aroung in the block hole. I thought about just going crazy with some rtv but don't think it will seal it enough to not leak.

Any ideas/suggestions ?
