Looking for a decent compressor

for my garage. I found a 4cyl on CL new for under $800. http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/tld/4246187157.html

I really want to do some panel painting, and moderate wrenching on my Bronco and Lightning. Impact, rachet, air saw, and maybe very light DA use. Does the CL one seem decent?

I have one very similar to that one in my garage and I've painted many complete cars with it and it has never failed me. Mine is the professional model but the specs seem to be about the same. I do make it a point to change the oil about every six months or so and drain it every day. I can get you the specs on mine if you think it would help.
