      Unless it's a NOS part, it needs to be fluxed. I ported a head for a member on here and went through 3 heads and the cost of fluxing before finding one that wasn't cracked into the exhaust seat.

        Don, is this an issue on say a 97 ranger head? Or will good valves and valve seats prevent the problem?
