  • Anyone have a SVO head laying around?

My dad needs a good head for his 84 SVO. The last 3 he got have been cracked and we are running out of places to look. Bare or complete is fine, just as long as its not cracked.

    Thanks guys

They are all cracked, but will likely go 300k miles on those cracks, unless it's into a valve seat.

    Pm sent.

You're probably not going to find one without cracks. It just is one of the nuances.

All 3 are cracked in the seats. I have come to the conclusion they will all have small cracks, just finding one that will work has been a challenge. Boport head would be tits but he just wants it stock.

It seems stupid not to get an Esslinger head, if you're going to shell out any real coin for those engines.
