  • NON world class T-5 fluid?

Need some solid advice. Is Valvoline MTF Synchomesh good to use in a NON world class T5?
Specifically, does it meet the Ford spec? I have a friend that is very particular about what he's going to put in it, and needs to know if that meets the Foed specs.
    Thanks in advance.

    It exceeds the ford spec.

Ford used type f auto trans fluid in t5s if i remember correctly.

Its been a long time and i could be wrong. I just remember buying the cheapest shit i could.

If its a true non world class 1983-1984, you can run anything from ATF to GL5 in it. I actually prefer a 10-30 motor oil in them. If its 1985 and newer, run cheap old non synthetic ATF in it.
