Well, the car started making rattling/tapping sound so I had it checked out. Apparently the cx-7 has a common problem of the VVT actuator taking a shit.
With close to 100k miles, it makes sense to get the whole VVT kit and replace it all while being torn down. I don't really want to pay $400+ dollars just for the kit (labor is going to be around $600). Just hoping someone on here might have a hook up.
