Stoptech support contact?

Does anyone have a good support contact at stoptech? The $2000 BBK I ordered for the CMC car has a fucked up brake line and they have been terrible to deal with, I've been back and forth with them for over a month and still have a useless brake kit that I can't use because of the line situation.

What a fucking joke, I just got off the phone with ST and they are forcing me to go trough my dealer which has been very inefficient, the guy at stop tech just told me to buy a new set of lines and return the bad line in that bag. Every other company I have had an issue with I can call up and they take care of business, ARP, comp cams, etc. I guess stoptech doesn't want business from the "bottom" folk.

Maybe their dealer owes them money? I know we get stuck holding the bag lots of times with resellers go belly up. Or they just suck.

who was your dealer? Also, try calling zeckhausen racing. Maybe they can help you out. One of THE BEST brake and parts dealers around.

If they can't take care of you, they might be able to give you some ideas how to deal with it.

What is the problem with the lines? I would just go have some custom made and tell them to get fucked.
