yeah there is. what also BS is that the plate i got last year through myplates.com was supposed to be $99/yr (if i paid the yearly price) and magically this year, its all of a sudden up to $155/year. Seems fukn ridiculous for a plate, but goddamit i like mine and dont want to give it up. Next year, i might have to take one of their "deals" and buy it for 5 or 10 years at once to save some cash over the long run.

I did the 10 year package. Think it was $600 up front. I thought $60 a year wasn't bad.

What is the DOT website you're checking plate availability on ?

I checked MyPlates for the black plates with the star, and CRASH wasn't available, but CRASHD was and they wanted $195 for one fucking year !!! That is RI-God-Damned-DICULOUS !!
