Did you follow the instructions on getting the correct spring for the vacc secondaries?
I agree with Jim that you "shouldn't" have to change this, but...
Also, is the hiccup better or worse when cold or hot?
It sounds like you're really close.sigpic18 F150 Supercrew - daily

And did I set the secondary transfer slot adjustment right? I turned screw in 1/4 turn. I noticed that my idle screw won't go any further out. It still idles around 800-900. But my main concern ATM is this damn hiccup. Runs fine otherwise.

Hiccup is normally a lean condition on transition.903-870-8109

But, the car idles at about 950 now and the primary idle screw is backed out as far as it'll go.
the easy answer is that it is not adjustment that is effecting this hiccup but rather the need for a larger secondary discharge nozzles or a more aggressive accelerator pump cam.
you mentioned idle air screw adjustment in your first post. adjust those to the highest vacuum which will get you the lowest idle speed normally. this can help with transition as well903-870-8109

I know it's confusing, the idle speed screw adjust the butterflys stop position and should control the idle speed and the 2 idle mixture screws in the primary metering block adjust the idle fuel mixture.
If you have the idle speed screw all the way out and you still have 800 rpm idle, it's one of a few things-- a vac leak on the intake or carb base, someone drilled out the primary butterflys or the stop screw for the secondary butterflys is holding the secondary butterflys open.
What part of town do you live in?

it's not a double pumper
