OK so most of y'all are for Lucas stabilizer? I'm also gathering 10w30 for the weight. Thanks!

The Brad Penn I get is from Competition Sales in Carrollton. I run it in my mustangs as well as the LSx cars without cats at work. It has a great blend if zinc and phosphorous and is a phenomenal oil outside of spending $20+ per quart

Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.

just saying maitanance is the more important that what oil he uses, I know this because I used lucas and other stuff on the wagon and assumed it would last longer and didn't take care of it and it went to shit.

Didn't take care of it being the key . Tanner is on his stuff all the time , almost at a disturbing level . Lol

Welp. Replaced its oil with motorcraft 10w30 (this oil has impressed me in my high miles truck...) And some regular Lucas oil stabilizer. Total of 5qts (stock oil pan/motor). Plus a motorcraft filter. I also replaced the oil pressure sender.

Motorcraft synthetic blend is actually a damn good oil. I really would have went with something with a high zinc, phosphorous content though. Less friction, better protection.
