Welp. Replaced its oil with motorcraft 10w30 (this oil has impressed me in my high miles truck...) And some regular Lucas oil stabilizer. Total of 5qts (stock oil pan/motor). Plus a motorcraft filter. I also replaced the oil pressure sender.Comment

Motorcraft synthetic blend is actually a damn good oil. I really would have went with something with a high zinc, phosphorous content though. Less friction, better protection.Scott Ganow
