How to remove door trim? Dash pad?

Trying to understand how to remove fox vert door trim. This would be the black molding on the outside, top edge. How do I remove it without damage to the trim or paint?

Also, 87-93, how hard is it to remove the padded part of the dash? Does anyone make a skin cover of some sort, like out of metal for this when they get warped?

screw on the back of the trim then slide off.

dash pad has 3 screws holding it on. You buy a replacement pad
