Change the plugs, they're fouled out. I dont know who is your trans guy or why you havnt fixed it, it shouldnt cost more then 500 to fix it. Dont have it built, just have it fixed so you can at least enjoy it.

I don't know shit about ls1s but with cold plugs in my car combined win cold ass weather, I have fouled a plug several times just trying to warm it up. With yours sititing for long periods , it could have fouled more than one like muffler man says.

And get your tranny fixed by the cruise so I can drag that ass

Ok I pulled all 8 plugs & they smell like gas & are Black at the tips. Putting in fresh plugs. Anything else I should check while I have the plugs & valve covers off

Have you checked to see if that fluid in the thing they call a radiator is clear or green (maybe pink depending on what type of antifreeze)??????? A lot of people have given you things to check. Stop spazzing and start looking.

FOULED PLUGS!

Went & put in new TR6 Plugs & fired right up & idled great with no detonation.

Glad I could help, try to keep the starting to a minimal while the tranny is down. Your hurting it more then your helping. Make sure you have some antifreeze in it and leave it alone.
