Annoying noise

Trying to figure out what this noise is. Anyone have any ideas? Coming from the engine bay, 2003 Cobra. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't noticed any changed in tone when cranking the wheel. Would an idler bearing make that noise on its way out?

X3 on the PS pump

No change in pitch when the wheel is cranked.. When sitting at idle and turning the wheel it changes just due to the fact the rpm drops just a bit which changes the pitch.. Not your normal PS Pump sound if you were running low on fluid and turning the wheel..

Put some Lucas power steering treatment in it. If it quiets it down, then you have a ps pump that is on the way out. It doesn't have to be low on fluid to make noise.

Idler pulley.

Ended up being the tensioner pulley on the SC side. Pulley came off while going back to work. Appreciate Noah over at Precision Mustang in Forney for getting to it really quick and getting it back on the road.
