fox nylon fuel line repair

Anyone have a good way to fix these that works well. On the car I'm working on someone removed the factory line that connect the hard line on the frame to the chrome fuel hard line and replaced it with a hose clamped fuel hose. Car has been this way for a while, but I hate to burn it down due to this. It is awful close to the exhaust to have a leak issue.

50resto sells replacement lines or switch to a AN hose.

Yea, you have to buy the whole kit to get the one damaged part I need though, frame rail hard line to fuel rail.
