  • Machine shop in or near Denton??

I'm needing to get some parts cleaned up ie block, heads etc. anyone know of a shop that can get this done for me in Denton? I live near little elm so something near by is preferred.

    Thanks

He can clean em, but he told me he couldn't mill or port anything because he's not into performance..

As he has race cars on his wall.

All he needs is a cleaning.

I know, just saying he can't do much anymore.

Yeah, I meant like a washing, no machining of any kind. Hot tanked or whatever.

Don't talk to Wayne...he just isn't what he used to be. I always deal with Randy now (his son), and he'll get you taken care of.

Just had a full block prep, crank grind and balance job done by him a month ago.

Good to hear some guys that use them. I am pretty picky about how clean I want my engine parts before assembly. Pending their prices I may use them more often as they are much closer then my current machine guy.

Let us know how it turns out. I used him for some heads many moons ago and it wasn't all that cheap for what he did and it didn't get done very fast. Hopefully things have changed a bit....

I had my heads washed and cc'd for like $30-40
