Good info in here...as stated earlier your truck is still SD, although California 95s may be around with MAF (can't remember on non-L trucks). And yes, the block is roller-ready, but still flat tappet.
I've never heard a bad word about a Struckby product or Punisher transmission. Both great recommendations.
I'm not sure about your motor, but ours are only 8.8:1 compression, and it isn't uncommon to see someone slap a supercharger, injectors, and MAF on a 200,000 mile truck and go. Obviously, that's a short-term fix and probably only good for 100k miles with a safe tune.
