        So, have you replaced the relay or if they are the same (low n high) swapped em around to see if the low fan doesn't come on?

          Yep, replaced and switched. Hi-speed fan still didn't come on.

            Have you tried running a hot wire directly to the high speed part of the fan? Make sure that it's not having issues?

              Use it with the wiring diagram, if you need to make some long leads to drive it and see where your fault(s) is.

              Are you dropping the coil voltage to the relay? Are you dropping the ground?

              Are there issues with the voltage going into the relay?

                On my 2007 I had a very similar problem...

                The fan would just stop working when under heavy load. Relays didn't fix it, the fuses didn't blow, but the fan worked fine when receiving battery voltage to the fan (with ground). What I eventually found is that the high-speed fan wire was not completely inserted into the BOTTOM of the fuse box. This burned the fusebox and I eventually ran a separate fan relay triggered by the computer at the relay so it operates 100% normally.

                      Where can I find this part? It says Delphi PA66 on it but I can't find it online.

                        So the only thing wrong is the burned spot is where the Hi-Speed Fan Wire connects to. How can I rewire this to have it work properly again?

                        Any ideas?

                          Ford should sell the pin and quite possibly the connector too. Looks like the wire overheated a little ways up into the harness. Strip it back and check it out. If you can unpin a good connector and post the picture I might be able to help more. I use RJMInjection for factory Ford terminals but I don't know if they carry anything this new.

                            I fixed it! Well, I hope it lasts. lol

                            I just drilled out all the burned crap, attatched additional wire to the hi-speed fan wire ran it through the hole and crimped on a spade connector. Then I just attatched it to the prong in the fuse box.

                            Data-logged and the both fan speeds work.

                              You should solder and heat shrink that connection. Crimp connectors will eventually get corroded and cause the same problem

                                So with the multimeter , is there voltage at the fan when the computer shows it to be on?

                                With the meter set on ohms does the fan show resistance? Or is it open?as above, jump 12v to it to see if it comes on
