Where to get carb rebuilt?

I have a wood chipper with an older Dodge 318 in it. The carb needs to be gone through and rebuilt. Called a mechanics shop and they wanted $350 to rebuild it where as a new one cost $219 so that was out of the question.

Anyone here rebuild carbs or know where to get them rebuilt or buy new ones for an affordable price?
