  • When doing a winter build

As I collect parts and store them away for when it starts to cool down, I'm curious as to proper storage to ensure the parts don't fail due to corrosion, dirt and dust, or rust. What do you guys do with all the little parts as you get them all together for a few months. (dog bones, lifters, pushrods, tensioners, pullies, timing set, spyder, etc etc etc) do you just bag them or maybe use a little oil on them then seal them? Thank you

We spray cams and cranks down with wd-40 and wrap them back up with plastic. Seems to work fine for 6 or so months.
