    I'd also recommend using a tap and die set to clean up the bolt holes in the heads. If the threads on the bolts look rough use a die to clean them up. Or just get replacement grade 8 bolts and washers like has already been mentioned. Keep torque between 18-25 ft-lbs and follow the correct sequence.

      The 5/16 -18, doesn't come in 2"- grade 8 @ Home Depot .. Searching lowes next
