  • Looking for Tires

    Well im looking for a set of new tires for my 88 Lx. For some reason im having trouble find this size of tire. 255/45zr 17. I would like to find a set of nittos. If anyone in the fort worth area know where I can pick a set up please let me know.

          try a 245\45r17, it's a lot more common size and the difference in width and height will be negligible

                You're right. I must of been thinking some where else. I would prefer a set of nittos.

                  I ran 255/40/17's on the green '86 GT I had and didn't have a problem finding that size.

                    Well I ended up getting two 245/45zr 17 for now. Ill have to order the 255's here soon. These new tires wont last long!!

                      I never understood spinning tires for no reason. I can see doing it while racing but any other time, meh.

                        This is the only time I ever drove the car like a pissed off 16 yr old. Usually just baby the car.

                          Every now and then it's nice to hang the ass end out and let a little smoke role. I used to like blowing the tires out in my 98 at @ 75 in 3rd with the street tires, always made the passenger suck up the seat and grab some console and door handle.
