Hose clamp removal
I never reuse those clamps. I rip those stock clamps off and replace with standard screw type hose clamps.
You can use a pair of pliers and squeeze the tab.

squeeze the raised portion with side-cutters/dykes and rotate, or stick a flat blade in the raised part and twist, insert into file 13
