Thrush

It's a six so it's never going to sound right, I'd stay away from anything straight through or chambered. A turbo muffler like the dynomax super turbo maybe.


That being said, I've got a six in the regal, I've tried flowmasters, dynomax ultraflows, and currently running Raptor Turbo mufflers (basically the dynamax turbo muffler minus any packing best I can tell. My application doesn't quiet count since I run duals and an x pipe. My next setup when I get around to my new 6 cylinder combo will likely be Dynomax turbos and an h-pipe or 2 into 1 and a single turbo muffler.

generally anything with a turbo muffler designation will have a series of flow tubes that will help control sound and hopefully droning while having good flow

GT takeoff catbacks used to be fairly cheap and readily available.....probably not so much though any more.

You will want to stay away from anything designated as chambered, like flowmaster, mac, etc.

Best sounding V6 is one with a Turbo where the spooling and blow-off drown out the exhaust...
