My MPG actually went up 2mpgs on the highway with a tune. It's still up in the air on around town mileage because I love get on it. I've also got an exhaust and intake. A tune difference on these trucks is unreal.

I went with the heartthrob exhaust, AFE intake and SSI T4 tune. Originally I had 5 star tune but the drive ability wasn't what I wanted so I tried the SSI tune and haven't looked back. Check out www.f150ecotuning.comComment

I have the older stage 3 tune from ssi, i need to update to the t4. I'm ordering mak offroad downpipes.. These trucks move out pretty good.
