The motor was nasty with dirt dobbers, you blew it out with air.

I bet it's muddy all in your new radiator.

looking at the flow in the radiator, it's not muddy looking at all. it's green.

          Perhaps it's clogged somewhere else.

Try it without a thermostat. See what happens.

that's the plan. i was just wondering if this sounds about right if one of the head gaskets were backwards.

you sure the waterpump is the correct rotation pump, and if so is the belt routed the correct way to turn the pump the right direction....

Jason i wish i was down there. We could have this figured out in no time.

What you can do to help us here is.

part number off the water pump, pictures of the belt routing.

This should not be this complicated.

kelly gave me the pump, so the pump is right. the belt routing is correct also. we have been through all of this. even kelly is stumped to the problem. Kelly is the smartest person i know when it comes to Fox bodies. as stated, you can see the coolant flow through the radiator, it's not spraying through it, but flowing. im thinking that is because of the underdrives. even if the pump is wrong, then why would it stay cool sometimes and get hot others?

Gotta be in the heads/block/gaskets then. Time for a tear down and look it all over.

Im sure it will point it self out right away.
