I pulled the trans off today to give it one last cleaning before going into the f100 for the last time. I noticed a couple chips of metal on the converter snout and suspect my Dad may have damaged the front pump when mating it to the motor.
The pump assembly is out of the case, but I really dont know where to go from here. Can anyone offer insight into separating the housing to remove the rotor or recommend someone in the area to have a look at it?
