Belt Squeaking on Smog Delete Pulley

Bought the Ford Racing Smog delete pulley, and I can't get the belt to quit squeaking on it... It's just a chirp at certain rpm's... I've tried different belts, and if I put soap on it, it shuts up... for about 15 minutes.

Any other ideas?

sounds like a defective bearing. checkout all outer pulleys as well.

Get a shorter belt, that's what I did

What's the routing?

If its not making enough contact, they'll squeal.

Its routed of the only way I could get it to route with the Vortech kit. I can't just run a shoulder belt because it puts the belt coming up off of the alternator at the wrong angle to hit the belt tensioner.
