Call another one, they carry them. Might have to order them from Seagoville, but for something that common I'm sure they are available.

Im sure Talisman is the exception but most parts store counter help people are clueless. I always get annoyed when I need some schrader valves and I get asked "2 wheel abs or 4 wheel abs"? Good help cost money and most parts stores cant pay their counter help very much so you get what you pay for.

I'm probably pretty average with parts themselves these days, just because i'm not on the counter a lot. I concentrate on hiring people who know more than I do, who actually like cars. Between me, my Assistant, and just one of my Professional Installer guys, we have over 100 years experience. Comes in handy. Plus, my Assistant is a Chevy guy and I'm a Ford guy, and my second Assistant is a Mopar/motorcycle guy. Gotta diversify!

I went to his store once and one of his guys argued with me about how many shocks my Bronco needed (mine had dual fronts). I finally said "it's outside, you want to come look?", then he found it. And then he gave me two incorrect ones. lol.

In Eric's defense, he was out of town that day.. And I believe he ended up having to fire that guy (not my fault, I swear!)

That was when I first took that store over. And yes, I did fire him later(unrelated, lol).
