Getting ready to pull the trigger on some control arms.
I want try out the baseline upper and lowers. Should I get the lower control arms with the poly bushings and sway bar mount, or would the solid bushing w/o mount be okay?
I've never driven without a rear sway bar, is it needed when you have after market c/as? How would that change its drivability?
I can't decide on the street launch kit, or the street out law kit.
Which would you guys reccomend? Ill be spraying a 150 eventually.

Solid bushings with no rear sway bar is gonna suck driving it on the streets. I drove my fox everyday for a while with no rear sway bar and the rear end always felt "sloppy". I put a Cobra rear sway bar on it, and I could tell a good difference how it "tightened" up rear end...
On a side note, did you ever put that spool in your car? If there's one thing you learn in this thread, it is DO NOT USE STOCK SIZED BOLTS!!!! (12MM)
If you do, you will be, either fighting taking out the bent bolts, or bringing it to me (or someone who can do it) to get the BENT bolts out of the torque boxes.
In the past month, I've had 3 cars in here with bent lower control arm bolts. ..and I can't tell you how many cars over the years we've repaired with that problem. A stock car with slicks, and a 5 speed will bend them. It's not easy getting them out of the car! At the very least, you need to be using grade 8 bolts with locking nuts.

IMHO, The solid heim ends are where it's at for what you're trying to do. The stuff shown above is good, but I personally prefer Wolfe - but I'm biased.
