daielhv pull the case apart and inspect the board. That is a 20yr old ecu and they have been known to blow capacitors and cathodes (I think) (the blue barrel looking things). If so, they are easy to unsolder and replace.

Better to find out before you stuff it in the car vs later when you are diagnosing a running problem.
