4.3l header/exhaust advice

Would it be worth it to swap the heads, intake, ignition and computer to a '96 and up components?

the vortec heads and intake are better and will get you more power. if your looking to not really spend a whole lot i wouldnt mess with it prob not worth the money

I have a set of 18 degree aluminum bowtie heads, sold the shaft rockers however.
