You will need to turn the pilot tip down to the 2.3L pilot bearing id. On top of that, you'll need to redrill the factory bell housing to the proper pattern. Personally I would skip the TKO500 and do a custom T5 for the application.
It's currently apart. I need to get the crank out of the short block so I can get the billet main caps align bored.
I believe I have everything to put it back together once that is done. I should have plenty to make about 550whp or so, which is all the block and crank can take, I'm told. I need to post a build thread, but I also need to go take a few more pictures of the toys on the shelf first.
They are fun, but can be a real "1980's" PITA at times.
