ASAP need a small general machine opperation Garland Richardson Plano area

I am despratly want to take my 64 Galaxie on Power Tour. I am converting over to a 4-speed and discovered tonight my 67 Toploader transmission bearing retainer / bell housing bore register is .175 too big to seat down in the hole. I need someone with a lathe to cut the retainer down or someone with a mill to open the exhisting hole using the same center exactly .175 larger.

Thanks everyone that contacted me. We played around on the brake lathe this morning at work and we were able to munipulate it around enough to cut it down perfectly. One less execuse on why I can't have it ready now.
