6 dollars for the gasket set and 6 hours to get it done and replace most of the vacuum lines. When I tell you guys the old gasket was f&%ked up I am serious. I mean hard as a rock and snapped loose in many places. Tried leaving the TB connected uhhhhh no. Ended up popping it loose, and the throttle cables then it was much easier to slide the whole unit off and clean the surface of both sides. Besides I think it was all the factory stuff. That middle Torx is a real bitch and I see what you mean by saying you turned one down on a lathe. I had to loosen all the other bolts then pull that one last so the manifold could raise a bit. Either way it sounds so nice now Idling at around 750 to 850. I think it was throwing a lean code and killing my mileage too. I just want to say Ford can suck it on them hard plastic vacuum lines. LOL
