      If the gasket leaks at the base of an intake runner, it will suck crankcase vapor and oil from the lifter valley, that's how, also creates a vacuum leak.

        Its an ohc inline 3pot, intake comes in on the side of the head. Pcv isn't connected, I see no path for oil to be Introduced through there.

        Plugs were fouled and pitch black, but all 3 the same. I'm looking for a adjustable fpr I can get my hands on tomorrow.

          it might help if you tell us exactly what it is you're working on. I think we are all assuming v engine and possible ford/chevy, but that is clearly incorrect at least on the v part.

                Yeah, found a pump with TBI pressures @ AZ, i'll pick it up today at lunch. if that doesn't work i'm hosed, we leave first thing in the morning for our camping/dunes trip.
