suspension shop on honda?

need a recommendation for a shop/person that can replace the springs on a late 90's accord. he has cash and just doesn't want to get ripped off by the major label shops. any ideas?

he said they are tein htech springs with a 1.3 drop I think. its a 98 accord 4cyl
