It's off, the PB Blaster seemed to do the trick letting it sit over night. All studs out and re-usable after I clean them up.

    Next question.

I've replaced intakes before but never swapped injectors. Well, the #4 injector came off the rail and not out of the intake when removing them from the lower and it is a M-Effer to get back in the rail... tips?

Lol you should probably take the o ring out of the rail, put it back on the injector. Then install it.

I always used a flat screwdriver and a hammer like a chisel between the spacer and manifold.

I just did this exact thing. Cost me $59 for a BBK spacer.

I got it all apart no problem and I'd already be done with it if it weren't for wife/kid stuff. This is how it sits now and I should have it finished up after the kids go to bed tonight.

I always get new o'rings and caps when I pull injectors out of a factory 5.0 intake. It never fails that at least one will stick and a tiny scratch in the cap will cause your spray pattern to get all fucked up.

A little petroleum jelly or grease will insure that they seat back in properly. DON'T OVER TORQUE YOUR FUEL RAIL BOLTS! Blue loc-tite and firm tightness. I've had them snap off using factory torque specs.
