06 F250 Need help with decision on flares.

Flares or no flares? My truck will have the pro armor front bumper painted like the truck. It is in the shop so have no pics of it but the gray truck is exactly what it will look like minus front bumper. The lariat is just an example w/flares. Truck has 37x12.5 pro comps.
