Thanks. I was trying to figure out what the fuck he's talking about too.
It holds some weight a actually.
The stock oil pump drive gears are common in grenading on modulars. They say its from using under drive pulleys. Something with the harmonic balancer configuration and how it effects the wear and abuse on the drive gears.
That aside,
I'm working getting a plate for my systemax. Planning to spray 150.
So now I need a msd box with a 2step, window switch and maybe fuel pump. Hoping it fits under the stock hood.
Amongst other things, I think that should scoot. ~500rwhp

Who is they? I've never heard of that before, and it sounds fucking stupid.

Why don't you shut the fuck up!! I Damn sure don't need your "opinion", or your dumbest comment. If don't understand what people are saying go somewhere else
No "need" for a tune at only 100 shot... What car is this going on? I assume its a dry shot since you're asking about the injectors? Stock will be fine. Don't use U/D pullies on a modular motor... Read up on them and you'll find out why.
Why don't I need a tune ? I'm not sure about wet or a dry witch one would do best in this application?

I'm sorry. Who the fuck are you again? Oh, wait. You're the guy who can't fucking figure out if it's ok to put some nitrous through an aluminum 4.6. You are the FIRST person to ever try that. Nobody's been doing it for over a decade. Never. Fucking. Happened.
Here's the cool thing about my opinions, they aren't opinions...
Your right BITCH! I don't need your need you god damn comments. I'm just looking for some thoughts on some things I'm working on. If you don't have the answer I need, why are you commenting on what everyone is saying.

I understand people have been doing it forever. But I haven't. I didn't think it was going to be this big of a deaI just looking for some advise I have never ran nitrous on anything. I wouldn't ask a question that I already know the answer to.

. It's been well discussed for a long while now that U/D pullies and modular motors don't mix. "They", would be John mihovetz, Al Pappito, Sean hyland are a few whom all discourage U/Ds.

I don't know how you haven't heard of this being a problem. IDK if you are into the modular stuff or not, but it's commonplace for pump gears to come apart due to the vibrations.
One of the many examples:
welp, finally tore it apart today and it was just as i suspected. turns out the piggy back crank pulley was somewhat loose. vibration fractured/shattered the oil pump gears which essentially killed my motor :nonono: heres some pics-

He said drive gears. I've never heard of anyone having problems with drive gears in ANY form of motor. Now, the gears inside the pump taking a shit I've heard, seen, and had happen to me.
