You'll blow up your pistons well before you blow up that block.

So you think 100 shot would fine

It will be fine. Just make sure you have enough fuel. Invest in nitrous safety.

Yep, assuming the fuel system is up to the task.

I'm putting a 255. What about the underdrive pullies.

The pullies will blow after the pistons but before the block.

Yes. Nitrous is an incredible power adder, but "apply as directed."
Do not cut any corners. Plugs, tuning, window switches, filters, etc. Spending a couple extra hundred dollars will save you a ton of time and money later on. 150 shot ftw

What kind of UD pulleys do you have? If they aren't steeda, trash them. Low quality pulleys destroy your oil pump.

My regal is pilled for @ 165, helps make up for the shitty compression.

Well I was looking at buying u/b pullies. I didn't know if they are really worth it. I had them my 302 I didn't feel anything.

I tried the easy route it has never worked out the way I had planed. So I'm not going play, when it is going to be super easy to destroy a good bloc

Will the stock injectors work fine?

No "need" for a tune at only 100 shot... What car is this going on? I assume its a dry shot since you're asking about the injectors? Stock will be fine. Don't use U/D pullies on a modular motor... Read up on them and you'll find out why.
