Foxbody passenger side wire harness grommet...

I'm wanting to run some wiring through the existing grommet, but cannot see how to get to it from the interior side of the car. I dropped the glove box down, but there is a big black box in the way and I can't feel around behind it. Wanting to run my 1/0 wire through the existing grommet to go to the starter with it...

What grommet are you talking about? The one with the main engine wire harness passing thru?? That grommet is molded to the wires..The big black box is your air box for a/c-heater. There is no room to work around it without removing it. Pick a different spot. You could use an insulated power bulkhead/passthru. Somthing like this..
