  • Steeda tri ax vs mgw ?

I was looking at a short throw shifters. And I have owned a tri ax. It was a ok shifter. Same as the pro 5.0. But I have never owned a MGW shifter. Are they better then the rest. I have a Tremec 3650.

The MGW is very tight and short. I have had both and prefer the Steeda, had it on 2 cars, 3 different trans

For the people that owned both. Why did you prefer one other the other.

I thought the the steeds felt smoother. The mgw seemed clunky

I love the steeda on my 3650. Never had an MGW, thinking of trying one out on one of my T5 cars.

B&m pro ripper is what I use, and I like it a lot.

Heard a lot of good things about the MGW, never owned one. Had a pro 50 and it was just ok. I love the tri ax just because I can set it to be pretty high like I like.

mgw is a far superior piece. The quality and engineering they put into every shifter is second to none imo. I've had one in every mustang ive owned and will never own another brand. it is by far the smoothest of them all. IMO

pro5.0 here. I love it. I had I tri ax on there, and it was a turd in comparison.
