I just picked up a f 150 (84) and tag says its a 351 on radiator support. But owner thought it was a 302. How can I tell ?

Easy way, on a 302, the top of the timing chain cover will be even with the deck of the block where the head bolts on. On a 351W, it will be an inch below.Comment
