Paint fenders.... cost?

Looking for guesstimates on how much it would cost to paint a pair of '00 Mustang fenders a stock Mustang blue. The fenders are off the car and currently glossy black. I know nothing about paint and looking for some real world, DECENT (not perfect) paint. I'm willing to pre/post sand, etc. and/or barter.
