Lube and Sealer for ARP head Bolts

I just got my AFR 185 heads back from Morgan and Sons and I'm ready to put them back on. I can't remember ehat I used when I put the motor together, but I want to get it correct his time. It seems to vary what people use for Lube on the top bolts and sealer on the bottom. Use the ARP lube and sealer like they say, or do 30 weight oil on the top bolts and RTV on the bottom ones? or somthing else? Thanks in advance for the advice .

I use Permatex Indian Head Gasket Shellac Compound on bolts/studs that go into a water jacket

30wt on the washers, bolt heads, nuts.

Motor oil. And I used regular thread sealant
