Attention in the PITS! Attention in the PITS!
A R/C Funny Car Club is starting up in the North Fort Worth area. All R/C cars and trucks are welcome, but we're encouraging those folks that have Traxxas funny cars sitting on the shelf to come on out and get ur race on for some wild heads up racing! (Bracket racing is also available)
Currently, we are R/C drag racing at Saginaw High School and Chisholm Trail High School. With our portable DTS timing system and retainer walls, we're looking to expand our racing locations to Keller, Southlake, North Richland Hills, and surrounding areas soon. (Scouting out safe and approved locations) I think moving around a bit would be fun and add challenges with tuning with the consistent track condition changes.
All in all the Club is trying to keep it simple and fun for families of all ages.
I would like to invite you out to see things for yourself! Our next meet is this coming weekend - Sunday March 17, 2013 @3:30pm Saginaw High School
A full racing schedule will be released by Sunday March 17th. Looking to hold points and trophy races every other weekend*.
