In laymans terms what is the difference in B &M's form master and Hoke shot converters. They offer them in similar stall speeds but significant price difference...

    Materials, build quality.
    Some cars and a bike...

Some say... they have been raced, some a lot

I have used 3 B&M's, one Hughes. In a 800+ hp car thats made.... lot of passes on the track.

      A broken sprag sucks.

Quality and there are some converters out there built for different things. Like the renegade converters are made to flash to stall speed much quicker for pro tree racing etc.

Ok. Laymens terms between lock up and non lock up. Will be a daily driven car that had mild hci combo.

NOT being a jerk here. Do you know what a lock-up converter is? Can your trans lock it up?

Aod. No offense taken. Read up more on it to make sure I understood it. Its a daily driven car so I'll go with a lock up. Was just looking for a budget route til I have snuff money to finish 5 spd conversion.
